London · UK, Australia & selected Europe* · 1:1 & small cohort
You've built a successful life.
But is it still taking you where you want to go?
JB Reinvent™ offers structured reinvention — privately 1:1 or in a small cohort — for people who have built something meaningful and now sense it is time for a different chapter, whether in work, retirement or the roles they hold at home.
Not by starting again.
By rediscovering what may have been there all along.
The position
There can come a point when the direction that once made sense no longer feels quite right.
On paper, you may be successful. Capable. Established. You've built a career, taken on responsibilities and become the person other people rely upon.
And yet something has changed.
Perhaps you are considering leaving a long-established career, facing redundancy or an unexpected transition, feeling disconnected from your work, approaching a major milestone, retirement or a change in caring or family roles, or thinking about entrepreneurship. Or perhaps nothing dramatic has happened at all — you simply can't ignore the feeling that there should be more.
The difficulty is knowing what.
The premise
Reinvention doesn't begin with a new plan. It begins with remembering who you are.
JB Reinvent creates the space and structure to look beneath the roles you have accumulated and explore the dreams, interests, strengths, values, experiences and recurring patterns that have followed you throughout your life — because they can contain surprisingly persistent clues about who you are.
The objective is to turn those clues into something practical: a clearer understanding of who you are, the life you want to build, and what you can begin doing about it.
JB Reinvent™ provides a structured personal development programme. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychological or psychiatric care, medical treatment or crisis support, and no particular outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for the decisions and actions you take through the programme.

The methodology
Identity Builds Reinvention™ moves through five stages.
Recognise → Rediscover → Rebuild → Reconnect → Reinvent
This isn't about becoming someone else. It's about creating more room for the person you already are.
The purpose of JB Reinvent is not to tell you what your new life should look like. It is to help you understand yourself well enough to make those decisions deliberately. You can explore the methodology privately or in a small group.
Choose your path
Two ways to explore what comes next.
The same five-stage methodology, with different levels of time and individual attention. Work privately through the Signature Programme, or join a small cohort with structured reflection and group discussion.
The Signature Programme
A 1:1 programme, built around you.
The Signature Programme is delivered through private one-to-one sessions. It provides a structured methodology, but your reinvention isn't a template.
Between sessions, you'll undertake carefully designed reflection and practical exercises. As we uncover more about your identity, ambitions and circumstances, our work evolves with you.
Your insights are distilled into your personal reinvention brief — a concise reference point that you write, with structure and facilitation from the programme.

Begin in your own time
A Month of Becoming
31 days • 155 dreams • A clearer understanding of yourself
What might you notice if you gave yourself permission to dream before deciding what was practical?
A Month of Becoming is a guided 31-day reflection practice designed to help you notice what draws you, what fits, what may no longer fit, and what keeps returning.
It offers an accessible way to begin exploring some of the dream and identity thinking behind JB Reinvent™ — entirely in your own time.

Meet
James (Brad) Bradley
I didn't create JB Reinvent because I had life figured out. I created it because I had reached the point where the life I had successfully built was no longer enough of an answer.
For years, I understood myself largely through achievement, responsibility and my professional identity. From the outside, that could look like success. Internally, a different question had begun appearing:
If I stopped defining myself by my career, who was I — and what did I actually want my life to become?
Answering that question meant looking much further back than my CV. At ambitions I had dismissed. At interests that kept returning. At parts of my identity I had made smaller or postponed. At the life I imagined when I stopped asking what was sensible and started asking what felt genuinely mine.
JB Reinvent grew from that process. It combines structured thinking with deep personal exploration to help other people navigate a question that can be surprisingly difficult to answer: what do I want the rest of my life to be about?
Common questions
What people ask before they begin.
How is it different from career coaching?
Career coaching usually improves the path you are already on. JB Reinvent starts with identity rather than job titles, so career decisions follow from understanding yourself rather than leading it. Sometimes the conclusion is a change of direction; sometimes the career stays and everything around it changes.
Is it for a midlife or identity crisis?
It is for the point where achievement stops being a complete answer. It is a structured personal development programme, not psychotherapy, counselling or crisis support.
Where do sessions take place?
JB Reinvent is London-based and delivers sessions online, which suits demanding schedules and travel. Services are available in the United Kingdom, Australia and selected European countries, including Switzerland.
How does it start?
With a private introductory conversation: a short, no-obligation discussion about where you are, what is prompting the desire for change, and whether this is the right environment in which to explore it.
