JB Reinvent™ · Founding cohort
Make space to understand what comes next.
A small-group personal reinvention programme, delivered online.
A change in work, retirement, caring responsibilities or a long-held role can leave you wondering what comes next — and who you are becoming. The JB Reinvent Cohort Programme offers a small, structured space to explore those questions with James Bradley, the Identity Builds Reinvention™ methodology and a workbook of your own.
Six weekly sessions · Five to six participants · Online · £345 founding fee
Planned for January 2027. Sessions will run on either Mondays or Tuesdays, 8–9pm UK time, with one fixed evening selected for the cohort. All six dates will be shared before you decide to join. Registering interest involves no payment and does not reserve a place.
You do not need to arrive with a clear plan.
This programme may suit you if a familiar role no longer feels like the whole story, you are approaching a transition, or you want to make more deliberate choices about the life ahead. You are comfortable reflecting independently and value hearing other perspectives, while keeping control of what you share.
It is relevant to changes in work and life, including retirement, caring and the roles you hold at home. You do not need to be planning a dramatic change.
How the programme works
Each 60-minute session introduces a way of thinking, reflects on the previous week and uses practical examples to frame the next part of your exploration. Participants may offer a brief reflection if they wish. Most personal activity takes place privately between sessions, rather than during lengthy group exercises.
Allow around 30–45 minutes of reflection between meetings, with more time if you choose to explore a practical experiment. You will receive a workbook to keep and build on throughout the programme.
Identity Builds Reinvention™
Six sessions, five stages
Session 1
Recognise
Notice what fits, what creates friction and what remains important beneath the roles you perform.
Session 2
Rediscover
Explore interests, dreams and lived experience as clues to what matters and what draws you.
Session 3
Rebuild
Bring those clues together into a more grounded sense of who you are becoming and manageable commitments.
Session 4
Reconnect
Explore the relationships, conditions and boundaries that can support change in everyday life.
Session 5
Reinvent
Translate understanding into decisions and small experiments you can learn from.
Session 6
Integration
Refine your personal reinvention brief, review your learning and consider how to stay on course.
Integration is a concluding session rather than a further stage of the methodology.
Privacy, participation and support
Your workbook is yours. Sharing personal reflections is optional, and there are no compulsory presentations. Group sessions are not recorded. Participants will be asked to respect one another’s privacy, although confidentiality between participants cannot be guaranteed.
Between sessions, support covers programme administration and clarification of exercises. Ongoing private coaching is not included. If you miss a session, you will have the workbook and a brief teaching summary; a private replacement session is not included.

Explore the Signature ProgrammeQuestions
How is this different from the Signature Programme?
The cohort offers six group sessions with most reflection between meetings. Signature offers ten private sessions with more individual attention and exploration together.
Will I have to share personal information?
No. Sharing is optional, and your workbook remains yours. Participants are asked to respect privacy, but group confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
What if I do not know what I want to change?
You can begin with questions rather than a clear destination. The programme starts with noticing and understanding.
When will sessions take place?
The founding cohort is planned for January 2027, on either Monday or Tuesday evenings, 8–9pm UK time. One fixed evening and all six dates will be agreed before enrolment.
What if I miss a session?
You will have the workbook and a brief teaching summary. Group sessions are not recorded and private replacement sessions are not included.
Can I contact James between sessions?
Yes, for administration and clarification of exercises. Ongoing private coaching is not included.
Is the introductory conversation required?
Yes, before a place is offered. You can register interest first and arrange the conversation later, or book it now.
What happens after I register interest?
James will review your details and arrange the conversation. If the programme is a suitable fit, you will receive the schedule and personalised agreement before any invoice or payment request.
When will the cohort be confirmed?
I will bring together a suitable group with compatible availability before confirming the programme. The cohort is confirmed once at least five participants have signed their agreements and paid. Until then, the January start remains provisional, and I will keep prospective participants informed.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a structured programme for reflection and practical exploration. It is not therapy or clinical care. See the Scope of Practice.
