Information about JB Reinvent's services on this website does not itself create a client relationship.

A client relationship begins only when the applicable onboarding and contracting requirements have been completed and JB Reinvent has confirmed acceptance of the engagement.

Separate terms, including a Client Services Agreement, may apply to coaching and other paid services.

If there is any inconsistency between these Website Terms and a signed Client Services Agreement concerning the provision of services, the Client Services Agreement will take precedence in relation to those services.

You may contact JB Reinvent through the contact methods provided on the website.

Submitting an enquiry does not:

• create a client relationship;
• guarantee that services will be offered;
• constitute acceptance onto a programme;
• create an obligation on you to purchase services; or
• create an obligation on JB Reinvent to provide services.

An introductory conversation is intended to explore your objectives and whether JB Reinvent may be an appropriate fit.

It does not itself constitute psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment or other regulated professional advice.

JB Reinvent may decide that its services are not appropriate for a particular person or circumstance and may suggest that another type of professional support should be considered.

Please do not submit unnecessary medical, mental-health or other highly sensitive personal information through the website enquiry form or WhatsApp.

JB Reinvent is not an emergency or crisis-support service.
