About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the JB Reinvent™ website. The website is operated by B Hamill trading as JB Reinvent™, a sole trader based in England. James Bradley is the professional name used publicly by the founder.

By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About JB Reinvent

JB Reinvent provides structured coaching, educational and personal-development services focused on personal reinvention, identity, direction and intentional change.

The website explains JB Reinvent, the Identity Builds Reinvention™ methodology and services that may be available. The website itself does not provide coaching, psychotherapy, counselling, psychological or psychiatric care, medical treatment, crisis support, legal advice or regulated financial advice.

Website Information Is Not Professional Advice

Website content is provided for general information and education. It should not be relied upon as medical, healthcare, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, counselling, legal, financial, investment, tax, crisis or emergency advice.

You should obtain appropriately qualified professional advice where your circumstances require it. JB Reinvent is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on general website information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Service Availability

Public availability is limited to the United Kingdom, Australia and selected European countries, including Switzerland. Availability is confirmed before contracting and may depend on location, legal and insurance requirements, professional scope, capacity and other operational considerations.

A reference to a country or region does not guarantee that a service is available to every person there. JB Reinvent may change the places in which services are offered.

Introductory Conversations

The primary Signature Programme enquiry route is a direct Calendly booking for a 15-minute introductory conversation.

For the Cohort Programme, a person may first register interest through the dedicated form. They may choose to book the introductory conversation immediately when registering or wait for James to respond. An introductory conversation is required before a Cohort Programme place is offered.

The conversation allows you and James to explore your objectives and whether JB Reinvent appears to be an appropriate fit. It is not coaching, psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, a clinical assessment or other regulated professional advice.

Booking or attending a conversation does not create a client relationship, reserve a programme place, guarantee that services will be offered or oblige either party to proceed. Suitability decisions are made by James, not automatically by the website. JB Reinvent may decline to offer a service where it is unavailable, inappropriate, outside scope or otherwise unsuitable.

Contracting and Payment for the Signature Programme

If both parties decide to proceed after an introductory conversation, James may issue a personalised Programme Summary, Quotation & Client Services Agreement through DocuSign. James signs the document when it is issued. A programme contract is formed only when the prospective participant validly signs the same document within its stated validity period and any stated conditions are met.

JB Reinvent then creates a Sage invoice manually. The invoice provides the applicable secure payment route through Stripe. Payment is required in full before the programme begins. Welcome and booking information is provided after payment is confirmed.

The public website does not take programme payment and does not itself conclude the programme contract. No website page, Calendly booking, introductory conversation, enquiry, unsigned document or invoice alone creates a client relationship.

The signed Programme Summary, Quotation & Client Services Agreement governs the programme. If it conflicts with these Website Terms or an older website statement, the signed agreement takes precedence for the contracted service.

Cohort Programme Interest, Offer and Confirmation

Registering interest

Registering interest creates no payment obligation, enrolment, reserved place or client relationship. It is an expression of interest only. January 2027 is the planned founding-cohort window, but no cohort date is fixed by the interest form. Registering interest does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

The Cohort Programme is for adults aged 18 and over. The website does not routinely ask for date of birth.

Introductory conversation and human review

Before a place is offered, the prospective participant must complete a 15-minute introductory conversation. Booking that conversation is optional at the point of registering interest, but the conversation itself is mandatory before an offer. James reviews suitability, eligibility and practical fit. The website does not automatically accept or reject applicants.

Offer and enrolment

Before an agreement is issued, the prospective participant is given all six session dates, the selected fixed Monday or Tuesday evening, the 8pm–9pm UK local time, the cohort confirmation deadline and the applicable fee.

If James decides to offer a place, he issues a personalised Cohort Programme Agreement through DocuSign and signs it before issue. The agreement is formed when the prospective participant signs it in accordance with its terms. James then issues a Sage invoice with the applicable secure Stripe payment route. The interest form and public website do not provide checkout, take payment or conclude the Cohort Programme contract.

The founding cohort fee is £345 per participant. The planned future standard fee is £395, but it does not apply to a founding agreement unless that agreement expressly says so. The personalised agreement states the fee that applies.

Cohort confirmation

A signed agreement may exist before the cohort is confirmed. Enrolment remains conditional until at least five suitable participants have signed and paid by the disclosed confirmation deadline. The maximum cohort size is six.

If the minimum is not reached by the deadline, JB Reinvent will notify the participant and provide a full refund in accordance with the Cohort Programme Agreement. The participant may instead explicitly agree to transfer to a later cohort. No transfer or rollover is automatic.

Delivery and participation

The Cohort Programme comprises six weekly virtual group sessions of approximately 60 minutes. The participant keeps their personal workbook and is not required to upload or submit reflective content. Sharing in the group is optional, and group sessions are not recorded.

Between-session support covers administration and clarification of programme exercises. Ongoing private coaching is not included. If a participant misses a session, support is provided through the workbook and a brief teaching summary; there is no automatic private replacement session.

Participants are asked to respect one another’s confidentiality, but confidentiality between participants cannot be guaranteed. The personalised Cohort Programme Agreement governs the contractual details and takes precedence if it conflicts with these Website Terms or an older website statement.

Coaching and Personal-Development Services

JB Reinvent provides structured coaching and personal-development work. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychological or psychiatric care, medical treatment or crisis support. No particular personal or professional outcome is guaranteed, and the participant remains responsible for their decisions and actions.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through or in connection with the general enquiry form, Cohort Programme interest form, Calendly booking, DocuSign contracting, invoicing, cohort tracker or programme administration is handled as described in the JB Reinvent Privacy Notice at https://jb-reinvent.com/privacy.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content and materials associated with JB Reinvent are owned by or licensed to B Hamill trading as JB Reinvent. This includes written content, programme structures, original graphics, exercises, documents, resources, branding, names, logos, owned photographs and media, and original descriptions or expressions of JB Reinvent methodologies.

Identity Builds Reinvention™ is the name used for JB Reinvent’s core methodology. The phrase “your personal reinvention brief” describes the client-authored output of the programme and is not used as a proprietary product name.

You may view the website and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use of publicly available content. Without prior written permission, you must not reproduce substantial portions, republish or commercially exploit JB Reinvent content, distribute proprietary programme materials, present them as your own, remove proprietary notices, or use protected material to create or market an infringing competing service.

Nothing in these Terms restricts use permitted by applicable intellectual-property law.

Trade Marks and Brand Names

JB Reinvent™ and names used for JB Reinvent programmes or methodologies may be used as brands or trading identifiers. James Bradley is a professional name used by the founder.

The ™ symbol indicates a claim to a brand or trading identifier; it does not necessarily mean the mark is registered. Nothing on the website grants permission to use JB Reinvent branding in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or association without prior permission.

Acceptable Use

You must not knowingly use the website unlawfully or fraudulently, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, submit deliberately false or abusive communications, or infringe another person’s rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or JB Reinvent.

Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep website information reasonably accurate and current, but content may change and we do not guarantee that every page will always be available, complete or error-free. We may modify, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

For a service you are considering purchasing, rely on the personalised information and signed agreement supplied during contracting rather than an older website page.

External Platforms and Links

The website may link to third-party platforms used in the client journey, including Calendly for scheduling, DocuSign for electronic signature, and secure Stripe payment pages reached through a Sage invoice. Website forms may also use server-side email-delivery infrastructure to send notifications and transactional acknowledgements. It may also link to other third-party websites or services.

Third parties operate their own services and may apply their own terms and privacy information. A link does not mean JB Reinvent controls or endorses all content, availability, security or data practices of that service. Review the relevant terms before use.

Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing affects statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, JB Reinvent is not responsible for loss resulting from reliance on general website content that was not provided as part of a contracted service.

If you buy services as a consumer, applicable cancellation rights, payment arrangements and programme-specific terms are explained in the contracting documents. Services will be supplied with the standard required by applicable law, including reasonable care and skill.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the website, services, technology, operations or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on the website and its effective date updated where appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer may also benefit from mandatory protections of the country in which they live, where applicable. Nothing is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protections.
