JB Reinvent creates structured space to explore your identity and direction beyond the immediate demands of your current role.

- rediscovering interests, ambitions and parts of yourself that may have received less attention over time;
- exploring whether your future belongs within your existing career, somewhere adjacent to it, or in a different direction;

There is no predetermined destination.
The purpose isn't to persuade you to leave a career, start a business or radically change your life. It's to help you understand yourself and what matters to you well enough to make those decisions deliberately.
Identity Builds Reinvention™
The JB Reinvent programme is structured around Identity Builds Reinvention™, a five-stage methodology:
Recognise → Rediscover → Rebuild → Reconnect → Reinvent
Through private 1:1 sessions and structured reflection between them, you progressively explore where you are, reconnect with what matters, develop a clearer understanding of who you're becoming and begin translating that understanding into everyday life.
The process culminates in your personal reinvention brief — a reference point developed by you that captures:
- Who am I?
- What matters most?
- Who am I becoming?
- How do I make decisions?
- How do I stay on course?
JB Reinvent provides the structure, questions and facilitation.
You create the answers.
Private 1:1 reinvention
JB Reinvent is based in London and works with clients in the UK and internationally.
The programme is engaged by you personally rather than commissioned by an employer. Your work therefore begins with your priorities rather than organisational performance objectives.
Sessions are delivered privately online, allowing the programme to work around demanding careers, travel and international schedules.
Frequently asked questions
Is this leadership or performance development?
No. JB Reinvent isn't designed to improve your performance in an existing role or develop specific leadership capabilities.
It begins with a different question:
What do I want from the next chapter of my life?
If your primary objective is leadership development or improving specific professional capabilities, a specialist provider in that area is likely to be more appropriate.
Do I need to be planning to leave my career?
No.
You don't need to arrive knowing that something specific must change.
Exploring whether your existing direction remains right for you can itself be part of the process.
Reinvention doesn't require change for the sake of change.
Is JB Reinvent only about careers?
No.
Career can be an important part of the conversation, particularly when work has occupied a significant part of your identity, but the programme considers your life more broadly.
Work, relationships, environment, health, interests, creativity, community and how you spend your time can all form part of understanding what you want next.
